Dumb Blonde Halloween

One thing I hate!

My work keeps me in constant contact with Civil Engineers. respect of which a few.

Among other things, something I hate so much! is when they speak of "planning." we really believe, which is patching streets and concrete cast on others. WTF!
just urbanism is linked to these issues. this is a real plantificación, design, re-election, study society in the future viewing, order, history, artistic expression, health, function, etc, etc.

and these bastards, (I hope one reads this) think they are planning to give the width of some streets and draw some plots.
want to live in a dream where alguuun day. someone will open their eyes and stop destroying cities.
leave something here that I found on the web:
is a very old discipline, which incorporates concepts from multiple disciplines and area of \u200b\u200bpractice and study very large and complex. According to some, it is a science that would fit within the social sciences ( geography, sociology , etc.) And, as others, would be a art, traditionally associated with the architecture is , a set of practical knowledge that provide the foundations for solving the problems of cities, this duality is seen in the descriptive and explanatory science of planning as compared to the prescriptive nature of planning as art, although both approaches necessarily mutual feedback.
Care
CIVS Ings. You! DO NOT PLANNING. (Mostly) so we are as we are ...
thanks.

Can You Drink Coffee If You Have Colitis

On 20 November 1989, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and promulgated the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The Convention sets out these rights in 54 articles and two Optional Protocols . Define basic human rights enjoyed by children everywhere: the right to survival, to full development, to protection against harmful influences, abuse and exploitation, and full participation in family life cultural and social. The four fundamental principles of the Convention are non-discrimination, the dedication to the interests of the child, the right to life, survival and development and respect for the views of the child. All rights defined in the Convention are inherent to human dignity and harmonious development of all children.

Its origin was the Geneva Declaration of 1924, drafted by Eglantyne Jebb, founder of the International Save the Children, and recognized by the League of Nations on December 26, 1924.

United Nations in 1948 adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights implicitly included the rights of children. However, later became convinced that the particular needs of children should be specially contained and protected, giving rise to this Convention which has now reached twenty.

By accepting the obligations of the Convention (by ratifying or acceding), national governments are committed to protecting and ensuring children's rights and have agreed to be considered responsible for this commitment before the international community. The States Parties to the Convention are obligated to provide and implement all necessary measures and policies to protect the interests of the child.

All the world's states have ratified the Convention, with the exception of Somalia and the United States.

rights under the Convention are based on respect for the dignity and worth of each individual, regardless of race, color, gender, language, religion, opinions, origins, wealth, birth or ability and therefore apply to all human beings everywhere. Accompany these rights, the obligation of governments and individuals not to infringe on the parallel rights of others. These rules are interdependent and indivisible, it is not possible to guarantee certain rights at the expense of others.

One of the fundamental rights of all children it is precisely the RIGHT TO PLAY, by which members tend Toy Library Network of the Americas, which is linked to this conclusion.

I Really Would Like An Amplifier

I wish i could Moonwalk! Something good ....

Complete "From the Earth to the Moon" another classic, was quite interesting, not what I expected but really interesting, funny how Jules Verne was investigating all these things, calculations of force, time, powder, metals, distance, etc etc.
some things I learned and had never been able to explain on the moon, for example: why and how, waxes and wanes. and things that people thought at the time. as they spoke of the eight planets of our system: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
Or not so simple things discovered vines that today we see as the most natural, as the fundamental fact that plants produce oxygen and consume carbon dioxide. in general is a book with many technicalities, but explains almost alone so no big deal. and much better you will catch on them. not a novel of many characters and intent on making a maze of the most obvious, is what it is without much fuss and has a dramatic and unexpected ending. 95% recommended. well it is everywhere, surely the cheapest.
