World Game Day is a activity that was accepted by the International Toy Library Association in 1999, so we can say that we have 10 years celebrating. For 10 years I have been sending "Reminders" about the WPD is May 28 each year. But now only send a message as it would be an insult to send a reminder because there are so many countries and individuals that are planning activities for a long time ago.
I am Honored to Be Able to Tell You That I Shall Be in Singapore this year to help launch Their WPD Activities and visit with members of the newly formed Association Toy Library This will Also Provide An Opportunity to talk about the 3rd Asian Conference Which Toy Library is in Singapore next year.

The 11th International Toy Library Conference held in Paris WAS last October (2008) and WPD WAS ProMinent Given a position in the Programme. The large auditorium packed with enthusiastic Toy WAS Librarians and we managed to sing loudly the WPD Song In Our Various languages \u200b\u200ball at the Same Time! I Had discussions with the ITLA Board Before the Many conference and the Individuals with DURING my week in Paris. During the 11th International Toy Library Conference to be held on October (2008) in Paris during which the Game Day took place in the program, there enthusiasm of those present and sang the song in different languages. Development recently A has-been major approach to the global ITLA from Other Organizations Wishing to Participate in WPD and, with the Increasing numbers of countries Having a WPD We Are Beginning to Feel That we Are at a fork in the road. If we choose the right course this CAN lead to an expansion in Our Work (PLAY) and help Perhaps In Our Efforts To Be included in the yearly calendar of the UN. Our top priority However Remains to Encourage as Many people as possible to celebrate WPD in order to show the Importance of Play in All Our Lives.
WPD development recently has approached global organizations wanting to be part of this festival, with the increase of countries believe that we are on track. If we choose the right way we can expand our work (play) and perhaps our efforts will be included in the calendar of the World Union. Anyway, our priority now is to encourage as many people as possible to celebrate the World Day game for us to show how important que es JUGAR en nuestras vidas.
